There was a moment that quietly changed everything There was a moment that quietly changed everything for me.✨

After attending a health retreat over 12 years ago, something shifted in me. I saw how much our health truly shapes our lives and I knew I wanted to help people in this space. For a while, I even thought going back to study natural health might be the path… but deep down, that didn’t feel right for me.

It wasn’t until years later - after activating my body for a few months and truly understanding this unique way of supporting it - that the light bulb went on.

Hearing other people’s results. Realising this went beyond just eating well or taking supplements but was about activating the body to work the way it was designed to. That’s when I knew this wasn’t small - it was changing lives.

Losing both my parents and a brother before that time still sits with me. If I knew then what I know now, maybe things could have been different. That thought has never left me. 🤍

So now I lead by example. It feels like a duty of care to share what I’ve learned.
