These days, with so many things attacking our health - breaking down our cells and leaving us tired and drained - it’s hard to know what’s good. I used to think prioritising my health would take

I used to think prioritising my health would take too much time..🤔 but it turns out, small daily habits make the biggest difference❗️
Over the years, I’ve made a few simple changes that have put me on a better path for my health. Healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated - it’s about keeping things intentional and sustainable:
🌞I start my day with plenty of water, a pinch of good-quality Celtic salt, and some movement to wake up my body and mind. I don’t eat first thing, as I practice intermittent fasting.
🍽 My first meal is usually between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I focus on a nutrient-dense plate with good protein and healthy fats, which keeps me feeling full and energized for hours.
🏜 I keep my evening meal light and simple, as my earlier meal sustains me throughout the day. I also try to eat before the sun goes down - it feels more natural and helps me wind down for the evening 😴
Thinking “paddock to plate” makes meal prep so much easier and more intentional. It’s about knowing what’s in your food and keeping it simple ☺️
With the launch of MindBody GLP-1 coming soon, I’ve been reflecting on how easy it will be for people to incorporate it into their daily wellness routine - helping to support metabolism and cravings while focusing on feeling their best 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♀️🚴‍♂️💚
